Return & Refund Policy

At Qarry we want you to love your travel gear. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Return window

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

Defective, damaged or wrong item

Email us at venulhernandez@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, and you won't need to send the item back.

Change of mind

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Contact us first to get return instructions. Packages sent without notice can't be accepted.
Returns must be shipped from an address within the United States.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you. If approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
