This website is operated by Qarry, based in New York. By visiting the store or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of the store
By using this site, you confirm you are of legal age in your state or have permission from an adult. You may not use the store for any unlawful purpose.
2. Where we sell
We sell and ship only to addresses within the United States. Orders with a shipping address outside the U.S. can't be placed or will be canceled and fully refunded.
3. Products and pricing
We do our best to keep photos, descriptions and prices accurate. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and may change without notice. We may cancel an order if there was an obvious pricing error; in that case, you'll get a full refund.
4. Orders and payments
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, and we don't store your card details.
5. Shipping and returns
Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Suppliers
Some products ship directly from our suppliers' U.S. warehouses.
7. Content
The text, logo and Qarry brand belong to us. Please don't copy or use them without permission.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on this page is the one that applies.
